Evergreen Court Residential Home offers exceptional elderly care in safe, clean, and relaxing surroundings to deliver the best care, 24hrs a day. Our friendly staff and welcoming surroundings will make residents feel at home right away and the combination of modern facilities and a wide variety of activities ensure that every resident’s experience is not only comfortable, but an absolute pleasure.
The home is a close-knit community spread across a single-story building for easy access and mobility, as well as offering:

Support & Care
At Evergreen Court Residential Home we provide the best elderly care including support for those with dementia, elderly people requiring convalescence, and residents requiring respite. We have a homely atmosphere and caring staff and provide the facilities required to ensure we meet the needs of all of our residents.
To care for residents we offer:

- Structured activities, including reminiscence
- A safe environment with secure locking windows and doors
- Wide corridors
- Assisted baths and wheel-in showers
- Hoists, moving, and handling equipment

A Home From Home
Our residents are proud to call Evergreen Court their home. Our caring staff think of Evergreen Court Elderly Care Home as our residents’ home – we are simply there to provide the support they need. The building is designed for mobility, is wheelchair accessible, and additional support may be provided for those who may have special requirements.
The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and many include their own private washing and toilet facilities, as well as a push-button call-system so that staff are available should our residents require assistance. We know that memories wil make our residents feel at home so we encourage them to add a personal touch to their rooms with photographs, ornaments, or their own furniture. So where space and health & safety regulations we welcome you bringing in personal items.
Delicious home-cooked dishes are provided using quality ingredients and individual dietary requirements are met when required. We have a lovely dining room for residents to socialise whilst eating but they can also enjoy their meals in their own rooms at times they would like some privacy. Other refreshments are always available such as drinks and snacks.
Settling In
A dedicated carer is provided to help residents settle in as soon as they arrive and offer them any special support that may be required during their stay. Everyone is different and our staff get to know each new resident and discuss their personal needs and preferences so that each resident’s experience is tailored to their own needs during their stay.
Each resident also has key worker who will create a personal care file with details of their individual needs and any personal preferences. This file is continually updated and regularly reviewed by our staff, along with input from our residents and healthcare professionals, which enures that each person receives the best care even when their needs and preferences change.
Family & Friends
Family and friends are always encouraged to visit our residents as frequently as they wish and we are happy to accommodate visits at any time. Where we have little advance notice we can rrange for our residents and their visitors to share meals together, such as a family dinner or simply catching up over an enjoyable lunch. We also encourage our residents to go out and visit family and friends, or go out with them, so long as our team know they’re safe.
